As a Senior Analyst in our Financial Planning Systems team, you will be responsible for supporting and developing financial applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data
- Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory bodies
- Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
- Maintain framework upkeep, including client consents
- Support clients with framework issues, existing reports, forms, and models
- Assist with preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
- Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion
- Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization
- Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business needs; propose and present effective solutions
- Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions
All You'll Need for Success
* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field + 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and multi-dimensional and social database structures
- Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) + Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues + Ability to issue, troubleshoot, and analyze data + Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks + Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations
