Job Summary

As a Remote Airline Customer Service Agent at Arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our passengers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, ticketing, baggage handling, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have during their journey. This is an exciting opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional customer service to passengers at various touchpoints, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades.
  • Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions.
  • Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including flight crew and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures.
  • Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.
