Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients seeking specific assistance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client issues, including crisis/research bugs, and participating in event/power outage management processes
• Analyzing client experiences across various touchpoints and making bug reports when necessary
• Recommending or implementing experience updates, setting expectations, and identifying opportunities to improve self-service options and proficiency
• Recognizing and escalating Harmony Work area passes that indicate lead/client disintegration, curating the accounts of the models, and maintaining the strength of the Client Experience Jira space
• Ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience with our services while participating in our company's approach to learning from clients
• Participating in and contributing to initiatives aimed at further developing how clients experience both development and support at arenaflex
• Attracting and working with our global team as part of an overall client experience and support team, gathering insights, data, and feedback to connect the client experience and support teams, using empathetic and analytical thinking
• Working to ensure arenaflex's commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive environment is reflected in every aspect of our work
• Creating a dynamic, engaging, helpful, and consistent team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business

Experience and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in IT or Workspace Support/Infrastructure Management, Client Support, Technical Lead, or Support Engineer work in a production environment in Development or VFX
• Experience supporting software, including Adobe, Nuke, Shotgun, Flax, Maya, Toon Boom Harmony, Storyboard Pro, or equivalent VFX and animation tools
• Experience working in story, production, art, previz, vex, post, or other production and pipeline workflows
• Experience working with software support tools like Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence or similar tools
• Experience supporting Cloud and SaaS Applications and SSO: G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Groups, and AWS
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; should be a self-motivated self-starter who can initiate ideas
• Analytical thinking skills to investigate, research, and analyze complex client issues using open tools and frameworks
• Strong documentation skills, translating information into database articles and client stories
• Willingness to proactively seek opportunities to further develop our client experiences and contribute to creative support methods and application with research and analysis
• Strong social skills with demonstrated ability to engage with clients through various communication channels and stages; including the ability to facilitate (virtual) collaboration with partners as part of your analysis around a specific development disintegration and the client experience
• Ability to cultivate your skills while exploring opportunities to learn
• Helpful through listening, seeking to understand, and supporting
• Knowledge of English (business level)
