Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat on our websites and social media accounts
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex customer concerns

Essential Qualifications:
