The Role

As an Inside Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' needs are met with professionalism and precision. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries via phone, fax, or email, and providing quotes and processing orders efficiently. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email, accurately determining their requirements and needs.

  • Utilize available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation.
  • Effectively communicate pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication.
  • Champion continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.

Requirements

* Display strong analytical skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions.

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and motivation.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adapting your approach as needed.
  • Possess the ability to switch focus quickly while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  • Showcase computer literacy, solid typing skills, and an aptitude for navigating digital tools.
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous relevant experience and/or training is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience with CRM software and data entry systems.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
