The Role

As a Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative – Site, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers with their home improvement projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Communicating with customers over the phone, via email, and online chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Navigating a computer with multiple windows and screens to assist customers with their orders and issues
  • Resolving customer issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and online chat to resolve their issues and provide support
  • Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens to assist customers with their orders and issues
  • Resolve customer issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide support
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, including new releases and promotions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues

Nice-to-Haves:

* Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week

  • Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL
  • Ability to thrive in a social environment with networking and collaboration
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the home improvement industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
