Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams to provide AI-driven expertise to our clients, helping them understand the capabilities of Google Cloud and overcome technical challenges. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, grasping key client technical concerns, and developing strategies to address technical blockers. Your expertise in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing will enable you to provide exceptional support to our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Google Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to address technical blockers.
- Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of Google Cloud.
- Work with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments.
- Suggest integration techniques, deployment models, platforms, and application infrastructure to execute a comprehensive solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events on a case-by-case basis.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Four years of certification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in virtualization or cloud native models in a client-facing or support role.
- Experience with large data, AI, and machine learning programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI frameworks (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
- Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for adaptable, deployed systems.
- Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations.
- Ability to rapidly adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT innovation space.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI, and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Experience with Google Cloud products and services, including Google Cloud Platform, Google Cloud AI Platform, and Google Cloud Dataflow.
