Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support and guidance to new signups, helping them to understand the features and benefits of our platform
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure they're getting the most out of our platform and to identify areas for improvement
- Delivering personalized product demonstrations and live support to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborating with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a positive customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive retention and advocacy
Individual Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Customer Success representative or similar role (e.g. hospitality or support)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience working with WordPress or a similar CMS platform (arenaflex has its own custom CMS built on top of WordPress)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in 1 on 1 virtual support and/or consulting (arenaflex uses Google Hangouts)
- Ticket support experience (arenaflex uses Intercom)
- Phone support experience (arenaflex uses Kixie)
- Experience with project management platforms (arenaflex uses Teamwork, ClickUp, and Asana)
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
- Accountability and personal organization are essential (this is a remote position)
Bonus Skills
While not required, the following skills will be considered a big plus:
- Real estate industry experience
Working Hours
We'll expect you to work roughly 8 hours per day, between PST and EST U.S. time zones.
