Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team of talented professionals in a remote work setting. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to our stakeholders. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business success by providing data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, projects, and our central analysis group to assemble data and measurement requirements

• Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance. Lead reviews, improve data processes encompassing data stream, and ensure data accuracy
• Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation. Track and log progressing studies/tests across arenaflex, Instagram, and Courier. Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility
• Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables
• Partner with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets from multiple sources
• Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances
• Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
