Job Summary

As an Email and Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients in LATAM. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing accurate and helpful information to customers. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the possibility of extending the contract based on performance and need.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including product information, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss customer issues, share best practices, and receive feedback
  • Work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break, including a weekly 30-minute meeting
  • Possibility of working in a hotel or hospitality environment

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in email and chat support, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Strong grammar and writing skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise messages
  • High reading comprehension skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to document important details
  • Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing systems
  • Availability to work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break, including a weekly 30-minute meeting
  • Ability to learn and thrive in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
