Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems and applications. You will work closely with our Data Science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will also collaborate with our engineering team to design and develop scalable and efficient data systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems and applications using a range of technologies, including Hadoop, AWS, Snowflake, and Python.
- Collaborate with our Data Science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Work closely with our engineering team to design and develop scalable and efficient data systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Ensure high-quality data and data systems that meet business requirements and SLAs.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with distributed systems, data warehousing, and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
