Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative for our Remote Freight and Cargo Support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ensuring that our cargo is shipped on time, efficiently, and securely
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working flexible hours, including early morning and evening shifts, to meet the needs of our clients

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
