Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative for our Remote Freight and Cargo Support team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Ensuring that our cargo is shipped on time, efficiently, and securely
