Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs, upholding company values, and respecting every customer interaction
- Resolving complex issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers, leveraging your problem-solving skills and logical approach to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Communicating effectively with customers, warehouse associates, delivery partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery operations
- Working a flexible full-time schedule, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Performing tasks that require physical stamina, including carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, as well as standing and walking for extended periods

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as multiple web browsers and instant messenger tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and demands
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, as well as standing and walking for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
- Proficiency in data analysis and customer retention strategies
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
