Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You will be responsible for collecting information from various sources, entering data into our software system, and ensuring that our customer database is up-to-date and current. Key Responsibilities

* Outbound Calling: Engage with our existing customer database to schedule appointments and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into our software system, including details from paper files acquired during company acquisitions and updates to our existing database.
  • Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed call targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions and maintaining a positive reputation for arenaflex.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and transactions.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

* Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: Possess a friendly, persuasive demeanor and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.

  • Strong Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, especially when entering data, to ensure accuracy and integrity of our databases.
  • Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Previous Experience in Data Entry or Outbound Calling: Previous experience in data entry or outbound calling is a plus, but not required.
