Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring seamless integration with our data management processes
- Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Uploading documents and backup records in the Salesforce system, maintaining a secure and organized digital archive
- Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process to ensure timely payment
- Reconciling Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, ensuring seamless communication with our team and stakeholders
Required Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:
- Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity and consistency
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience in a data entry or administrative role
