Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients to update our company's databases.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, correcting errors, and organizing the data in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases, ensuring data is backed up and secure.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to facilitate retrieval.
  • Handling additional duties from time to time, as assigned by management.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient touch typing skills and the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods, performing accurately with adequate speed.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create accurate spreadsheets and manage data effectively.
