Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving growth, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Identifying customers' needs and providing personalized solutions
- Scheduling services and managing customer appointments
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Providing reports to management and tracking key performance indicators
- Making outbound calls to customers and staff to resolve issues and promote our services
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing information about products or services, including pricing, features, and availability
- Assisting customers with account-related questions, order processing, and troubleshooting
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed
- Documenting interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
Key Responsibilities
