Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identifying the type of assistance needed and providing solutions to customers' problems
  • Delivering all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Managing customer expectations and providing timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Actively engaging customers in online chat contexts and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendations, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment (via phone/email/chat)
  • Providing mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Results-oriented and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Proficient in navigating in a CRM and/or multiple software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role in the digital mailbox industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion
