Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming contacts from guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our team to provide seamless support, ensuring that our guests have an effortless experience from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming contacts from guests via phone, email, and chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Requirements
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- Supervisory experience not necessary
- License or certification not required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
- Experience working with a variety of software systems and tools
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Work Environment
As a remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll need to maintain a dedicated workspace that is safe, secure, and free of interruptions. You'll also be responsible for setting up and maintaining a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 3 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload.
