Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services
- Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload
- Providing quality customer service and support
- Maintaining confidentiality of personal health information
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Team Player:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members
Customer-Focused:
A passion for helping others, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Technical Skills:
Strong PC proficiency, with a willingness to learn new applications
Confidentiality:
Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
Experience:
Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on eligibility and enrollment
Education:
Associates degree preferred, with a strong understanding of FL Medicaid programs
Language Skills:
Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred
