Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with a focus on using technology to enhance customer service and efficiency
  • Ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
