Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus
