Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Data Entry:
Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Updating and Maintaining Records:
Maintain and update records, files, and databases to ensure that all information is current and accessible.
Operating Office Equipment:
Operate a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to support our operations.
Communicating with Clients:
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Scheduling Appointments:
Schedule appointments and meetings with clients, ensuring that all schedules are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required.
Typing Speed:
