Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Preferred Qualifications

Location

Our EMEA team is based in Tbilisi, Georgia, with a remote work option available for all employees. Our office is located in the heart of the city, providing easy access to public transportation and amenities.

Time Type

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week.
