Experienced Customer Practice Manager – Accelerating Business Outcomes in AMER-US-CST Enterprise ECRT and Energy

Key Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading customer programs that drive business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue in the near term.
- Leading business outcomes, with the ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.
- Developing a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the AWS account team (platform sales).
- Establishing executive relationships across Technology & Business groups, executive sponsorship of programs.
- Establishing an internal network at arenaflex, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: account team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, Legal.
- Successful assumption of the role of strategic advisor and expert with a deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customers' business and the available cloud services.
- Delivering on annual bookings and revenue targets with deal structure aligned with key customer goals and arenaflex Professional Services business objectives.
- Supporting scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic customer transformation roadmaps.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain executive relationships across Technology & Business groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a professional services or consulting role, with a focus on cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of AWS Professional Services and our suite of products and services.
- Experience in developing and executing unified account plans and pursuit plans.
- Strong network of contacts within the AWS ecosystem, including account teams, Partner teams, and Global Services organizations.
- Experience in supporting scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.
