Responsibilities

As a Customer Care, Benefits Enrollment Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting federal employees, retirees, and retired military personnel with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, general plan questions, and site navigation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Assisting clients with benefits enrollment, plan questions, and site navigation
  • Creating new accounts and updating existing information
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

  • Quiet, Uninterrupted Space: A quiet, uninterrupted space during all working hours, with minimal distractions and interruptions.
  • Personal Computer and Internet Connection: A personal computer (no tablet) and broadband internet connection (at least 10 MBPS), with a wired internet connection (such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL).

Technology Requirements

To ensure success in this role, you'll need:

  • Personal Computer: A personal computer (no tablet) with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
  • Broadband Internet Connection: A broadband internet connection (at least 10 MBPS) with a wired internet connection (such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL).
  • Wired USB Headset: A wired USB headset with microphone.
  • Smart Phone: A smart phone and willingness to accept texts related to program work.
  • Mac Users: Mac users must have an Intel-based machine with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.

  • Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship, with you remaining an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
  • Background Check: You must successfully pass a criminal background check to represent arenaflex.
  • Language Requirement: English is the primary language required for this role.
