Job Summary
As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries from our clients and customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure that every interaction is a positive experience. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and respond to written inquiries from clients and customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner - Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information - Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and provide accurate information - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment - Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions - Data entry and/or typing experience - Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills - Experience with Microsoft suite - Detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing - 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment - Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
