Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Back Office/Data Entry Professional to join our team on a hybrid remote work arrangement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Back Office/Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Comparing data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies
  • Re-entering data in the verification format to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before entry
  • Maintaining logbooks of activities and completed work
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data management and operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and data programs
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • A graduate degree from a recognized institution (12th Pass or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a hybrid remote work environment
  • Familiarity with data management software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
