Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and data security
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Knowledge of Sabre or other travel industry software
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment
- Bilingual or multilingual language skills
- Certification in customer service or a related field
