Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze real-time data to ensure effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. Analyze forecasted details from the Economists team and draft way forward plans to ensure peak readiness and headcount hiring.
• Operational KPI Management: Ensure all shift responsibilities, such as interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and operational metrics like service levels, occupancy, PTL, utilization, are met by all Orgs/skills at daily level.
• Liaison with Network POCs: Liaise with all network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/skill and work on gaps/opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics.
• Capacity Alignment and Planning: Ensure timely closure of all planning-related activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, Shift rollovers, BCP planning, and capacity alignment (schedule) based on expected volume.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop fellow RTAs with all WFM required skills and knowledge.
• Process Improvement: Deep dive and provide insights on metric misses with factual callouts and path to greens (PTGs). Ensure expected processes are followed by Operations and invent simplify current processes to remove waste or non-value enablers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Operational Experience: Experience in workforce management, customer service, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• Advanced Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the customer service or workforce management industry.
• Specialized Skills: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
