Job Overview
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll work in designated retail locations, helping to facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for our customers. This is a remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using critical thinking and creativity to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are accurately processed and stored
Requirements
* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
