Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support and help desk operations, you'll be responsible for processing card member account modifications, credit stability requests, and membership rewards for the US market. You'll work closely with our operations team to provide timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

* Process card member account modifications, credit stability requests, and membership rewards for the US market

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining a customer-first ethos
  • Provide ongoing support to operations and go-purposeful initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve workflows, methods, and provider stages
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance tips
  • Assist with new tasks and projects as assigned
  • Maintain accurate records and files, using effective oral and written communication skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing stress with attention to detail

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, computer science)

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bank-related operations or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in data entry and processing
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stress in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer support and help desk operations

  • Knowledge of credit stability refund requests and membership rewards programs
  • Experience with data entry and processing software, such as Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Inexperienced Monitors
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
