Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts related to new product selection, fee pricing, and customer satisfaction
• Analyzing product selection gaps and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our product selection facet and customer base
• Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts
• Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations
• Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
• Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements

• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales data, and product information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain high-potential sellers
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements

Primary Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)

• 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (e.g., e-commerce, retail, FMCG industries)
• Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and winning
• Advanced commercial business judgment, with strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of e-commerce experience

• 3 years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter
• 3 years of direct sales experience
