Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of arenaflex for customers around the globe, providing timely and effective support through chat, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, while creating positive interactions that enhance the overall Amazon experience. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via chat, email, and phone to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, orders, and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes
