Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Accounting Division by performing a variety of tasks, including:

• Processing fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls
• Managing all new employee records, terminations, salary increases, and benefits
• Reviewing and verifying source reports and financial statements for accuracy
• Resolving issues and discrepancies
• Providing exceptional customer service to our employees and stakeholders
• Preparing manual checks as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
• A strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Ultipro is highly desirable
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred
• The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
• Knowledge of payroll software and systems
• Certification in payroll administration or a related field
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
