Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You will work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, cancellations, and suspensions
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support customer success
- Leverage technology and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
What We Offer

Competitive Pay Rate:
$15.00 - $20.00/hr
Flexible Schedule:
8 hours per day, 5 days a week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
