Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks that support our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts. This includes working on SG&A and FTE reporting and planning, month-end close, and AP/review run oversight. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tasks, including SG&A and FTE reporting and planning, month-end close, and AP/review run oversight

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all relevant regulations
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that financial data is integrated into our overall business strategy

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
• Strong understanding of financial accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Hyperion, Prophet, or Ariba

• Experience working in a large public organization
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
