Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and maintaining member data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with our quality control team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, and collaborate with our supplier management team to implement member outreach campaigns. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will enable you to drive member satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process and maintain member data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with the quality control team to ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with the supplier management team to implement member outreach campaigns, driving member satisfaction and quality outcomes
  • Develop and manage member campaigns, analyzing data to inform campaign strategies and optimize results
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide technical or subject matter expertise regarding guidelines, strategies, and feature-related programs/systems equipment
  • Conduct quality evaluations/audits to measure compliance with published rules, strategies, customer, and regulatory recommendations
  • Identify and distribute errors to business partners, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on member satisfaction
  • Perform analysis of data to identify trends and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Assist with special tasks/reviews, as needed

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in member outreach, healthcare marketing, and/or other healthcare-related experience

  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and programs; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • High school diploma/GED

* Bachelor's degree

  • QNXT experience
  • Task management experience
  • Analytic experience
