The Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS is seeking a skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to: * Design and implement critical workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide education and support for workflow initiatives, ensuring that everyone has the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that visualize key metrics and drive business outcomes, working closely with data scientists and engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted strategies for growth and optimization.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in analytics, visualization, and data-driven decision-making.

• Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, and data storytelling.
• Proficient in SQL, with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development.

• Experience in software development, including data pipeline design, merging, and code transport.
• Product ownership skills, with the ability to drive key outcomes for a project and generate concrete results through analytics.
• Project management skills, with experience in planning and executing efforts, working with cross-functional teams to achieve a unified goal.
