About the Role

We are seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team in a part-time remote data entry role. As a data analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our paid media investigation capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Authority group, focusing on streamlining our paid media spend globally. You will work with marketing teams to identify ways of working on the efficiencies of our paid media spend and foster detailing and investigations to case and drive decisions - and foster KPIs and scorecards to track drive progress/execution to drive an emphasis on results and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Convey detailing and insights in the space of paid media - Plan and construct/lead the development of analysis, BI, and data science projects determined to improve visible paid media and enhancing advertising efficiencies - Work with paid media data science team and marketing teams on executing media blend models - Direct special projects through database questioning, followed by smart understanding of results and the plan and communication of suggestions that drive action - Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product execution with a data-driven approach - Influence Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Success and other reporting tools to create and maintain planned and Adhoc reports - Examine data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis - Collaborate with partners to use data (internal data from Discernible and arenaflex, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights - Conceptualize and run analysis that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further create and develop our value proposition

Essential Capabilities

- Experience in the space of Business Intelligence, Analysis or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field - High level SQL experience - High level involvement in at least one industry analysis and metrics perception tools (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI) - Master in Success with a demonstrated history - Degree in data science, business, finance, data innovation, metrics, mathematics or other related field

- You enjoy working in a team of highly connected people - You have an enthusiasm for numbers, data and metrics, but also for conveying significant analysis of high quality - Strong inclination for action, highly organized and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines - Fantastic communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively - Experience with enrollment, membership based or media content organizations - Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state of the art data science approaches - Programming languages: knowledge of Python - Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming's like R or SAS - Knowledge of Adobe Analysis
