Key Responsibilities:
As a Veterinary Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building sustainable relationships of trust with surgeons and veterinary technicians through open and interactive communication.
- Promptly answering all inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs by having an extensive familiarity with arenaflex products to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handling concerns or complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, with follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Informing customers of additional products or services that may be beneficial to their needs.
- Maintaining accurate customer records by updating account and shipping information in company software and inventory systems.
- Properly entering sales orders, ensuring quantities, code match, and customer information.
- Communicating with sales reps regarding backorder status.
- Working within the customer service team to ensure coverage and proper customer support.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the veterinary or medical industry, with a minimum of two years (2) of experience in a customer service/support position.
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Time management and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with CRM and ERP systems a plus.
- Ability to prepare correspondence, develop reports, and enter customer data.
