Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.
• Addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering positive customer relationships that drive loyalty and retention.
• Collaborating with teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction, leveraging your expertise and insights to inform process improvements.
• Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance, ensuring that every interaction is recorded and analyzed for continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
