Position Overview

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction. Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information and guidance to address customer concerns and resolve issues.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for process improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification a plus.
