Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of customer service tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers through social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer concerns, assist with reservations, and provide information about flight schedules and policies effectively. You will also utilize our state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) software to log interactions, resolve issues, and maintain customer records.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media promptly and professionally

  • Assist customers in making reservations and changes to existing flights
  • Provide detailed information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other services
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service processes
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends

Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers and CRM systems
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
