Job Summary

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work closely with our product providers to gather additional information and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your day will be filled with a mix of sales calls, product research, and collaboration with our team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs

  • Collaborate with product providers to gather additional information and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Follow the assigned sales cycle and call stream, including testing questions, accepting deals, and building compatibility
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and drive growth
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in sales challenges, commitment exercises, and other team-building activities to foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to think critically and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act methodically and imaginatively to resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using software applications and technology to support sales efforts
