Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls and resolving customer issues related to prescription medication, insurance coverage, and mail-order services
- Providing personalized support and guidance to customers to help them understand their insurance coverage and options
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
Required Capabilities:
* 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred Capabilities:
* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and prescription medication
