Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Remote Data Entry team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis techniques to drive business decisions and optimize content portfolios. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
- Streamline our content release and episode discharge process
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges
