### Key Responsibilities: As an Eligibility Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Checking enlistment status, making changes to part/client records, and addressing various enlistment types of feedback
- Maintaining enlistment data sets and direction move of qualification information
- Using and deciphering online assets to comprehend account design and advantages, may help with the advancement of such assets
- Answering, researching, and resolving qualification and other enlistment-related issues, including part-specific data, by working directly with clients, merchants, and internal partners to achieve positive service results
- Applying all suitable considerations related to technical requirements, administrative/ regulatory arrangements, account design, and advantage boundaries in addressing qualification matters
- Serving as the contact between clients, merchants, and the IT office, defining and identifying business needs and solutions for non-standard arrangements
- Ensuring all exchanges interface in a like manner with downstream frameworks; testing and approving information documents for new or existing clients using system tools and tracking results to prevent potential issues and better resolve ongoing service issues
- Collaborating with other team capabilities to facilitate the release of qualification, plan design, and advantage data
- Completing required setup of strategy and qualification screens together to activate framework handling of plan benefits
- Coding framework screens, strategy, and design to help downstream cycles and the generation and release of Part and Plan Support items
- Ensuring all communications with clients, external managers, and merchants, including sensitive part information, adhere to HIPAA compliance requirements
### Required Capabilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate politely and effectively with both internal and external clients; skills include listening and empathy, constructive feedback, spelling, grammar, editing, and phone communication
- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems and make enhancements
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Viewpoint
- Data entry insight
- Ability to determine goal/end state and work with minimal direction to meet that expectation/end state
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Ability to oversee high work volume and direct multiple incoming work processes
- A cooperative person able to work independently when required
- Convey accurate and timely results
- Follows up as needed to resolve an issue successfully
- Should work a mix schedule with three days of the week in the office.
### Preferred Capabilities:
- Past comparable experience is an asset
- Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
