Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our IT operations by accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases. Key Responsibilities

* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data entry and database management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's IT systems, tools, and technologies
• Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
• Adhere to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and standards for data entry and database management

Training and Development

Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:

• Windows/Unix/Linux
• Active Directory
• Powershell and Bash
• Developer Tools
• Wireshark
• ServiceNow
• Network Appliances
• Load Balancers
• Routers/Switches
• Middleware, logs / alerts
• Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers
• Network Monitoring Systems
• Network Diagnostic Commands
• Incident management tools
• ITSL Processes & Tools

Network Administrator Job Duties

As a Data Entry Specialist, you may also be responsible for:

• Monitoring WAN links for stability
• Monitoring routers, switches
• Provisioning IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN
• Alerts and log monitoring
• Preventative Health Checks
• Incident Management
• Reporting
• Administering security and IAM

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
• Relocation reimbursement provided for openings in the Hillsboro, OR area

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field

• Experience with data entry, database management, or IT operations
• Familiarity with arenaflex's IT systems, tools, and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
