Job Summary
As a Sports-Minded Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. You'll work closely with our team to set attainable customer outreach and acquisition targets, and you'll be encouraged to evaluate our current onboarding and training procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Use a lead-based system to meet with customers and greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales
- Accurately complete, send, and file product and service order forms in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality guidelines
- Work with fellow team members to set attainable customer outreach and acquisition targets
- Enforce our values and exemplify them through every interaction between you and a customer, fellow team member, and client
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
- Evaluate our current onboarding and training procedures to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
Essential Qualifications
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing position
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sense of humor and ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
Preferred Qualifications
